As off 1-5-2011 8 members of the so called MOE countries (which are members since 1-5-2004: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania. For Bulgaria & Romania this will be in force 1-4-2014) all barriers for free movement of persons (in the first 3 months) are forbidden. Member states are looking to up heal the conditions for residence after these 3 months.
