How do you develop a educational system? How do you develop it in such a way that the actual people who have to carry out the educational policy, will do that in the intentioned way? In lots of ways teachers and schools have developed a coping way in order to smart neglecting national educational directives and policys! To give an example: In the Netherlands there was a research done by the Parliament itself (van Dijsselbloem report) in 2008, which concluded that the Dutch educational results where still relative good, because teachers and schools were so smart to neglect most of the system changes and regulations.
In this section we will notice new reports and visions about educational system development, with attention to puplic private partnerships, the position and rights of parents and schools to chose their own pedagogical perspective, and different ways of financing education, like combinations of public & private financing and/or ways like voucher education or learning rights.
