The report presents a comparative analysis on how the education systems are organised, the human and financial resources invested in them, teaching processes and qualifications awarded.
With especialle the following (demographic) changes: fewer pupils and widespread retirements of teachers; longer compulsory schooling and rise in participation of higher education; increased autonomy for schools with rise in external evaluations, but varied policies on publications of results.
