In 2010, EUCIS-LLL launched a feasibility study on the setting up of a European Lifelong Learning Institute. During this seminar, EUCIS-LLL will present the results of the study but also of the discussions that took place within its constituency in 2010-2011. The aim is to share our views with other stakeholders – public authorities, research institutes, civil society organizations and social partners – on the added value of this Institute for their organisations at European, national and local level.
