The present call for proposals does not concern European Associations having concluded a Framework Partnership Agreement with the Agency for the period 2008-2010 under the call for proposals EACEA/28/07.

The purpose of this call for proposals is to support the existence of high-quality European Associations active in the field of education and training contributing to the implementation of the Education and Training 2010 work programme and/or increasing knowledge and awareness on the European integration process trough education and training. The call for proposals aims to select organisations for the conclusion of an annual operating grant agreements covering the budgetary year 2010.

Two important conditions are:
— conducts activities that are compatible with the priorities of the ‘Education and training 2010’ work programme and/or contributes to increasing knowledge and awareness on the European integration process through education and training, 1 ). Such member-associations should have ‘full member’ status (associated member organisations and observers are not counted as ‘full members’) at transnational, national, regional or local level,
