Why a seminar? Aware of the richness of the knowledge in possession of each National Association, we would like to enhance the exchange of our common experience and expertise. Instead of inviting external speakers we want to organize contents that can be shared.

We consider this seminar as a starting point to a wider discussion. To stimulate the exchange of ideas we have formulated some questions, which can be of help for your preparation.

The best thing is to give possible/ honest answers to these questions.

In this Seminar it is all about the richness’ of arguments one can bring back home.

As agreed in Sofia, we should go in depth in the theme discussed (Values & Benchmarks). With the choice for the theme of the Seminar we try to bridge the discussion in Sofia to the theme of the annual meeting to be held next year in Helsinki.
