The crucial and central role of the quality of professionals for the results of education is raising on the agenda's. Even research shows that it doens't really matter what method you choose for mathematics, because the impact of the teacher overrules the impact of the chosen method. Knowing this there is a lot of debat about structural improvement of schools, visions like Michael Fullham and Andrew Hargreaves travel a lot around Europe to inspire people involved in education.
