Migrant Education in the Netherlands, Segregation and the Role of Weighted Student Funding

The Netherlands as a very specific way of facilitating schools with children with specific characteristics which are weighted and funded correspondingly.
Until the beginning of the 21e Century the funding was related towards the ethnic background. Due to advice reports from Institutions as the Onderwijsraad & Forum in 2001 they have reformed this into weights on the bases of educational level of the parents.
