D 30-9-11. This call for Proposals will support the implementation of the 2006 Recommendation on key competences for lifelong learning. It will do so by addressing in particular the issues raised by the 2009 Communication "Key Competences for a Changing World" that takes stock of the state of play of the implementation of the Recommendation, and suggests areas for further work.

The grant is directed to support around one network. Only proposals with at least 15 participants of at least 11 EU countries are eligible.
